We have heard since our childhood that almonds are good for us, but how good are they actually. These nuts that are easily available throughout the world are a great source of Vitamin E, People throughout the world have been using it since many years in the form of oil,powder,milk or just eating it raw.

 From my own experience I was going through a really bad,dull and dry skin for a month now and I read about applying almond oil for a natural glowing skin and after one week of applying my skin looked so nourished and radiant that I couldn’t believe it. Since then on I have been using the oil daily every night before I go to bed to keep my skin nourished throughout. Almonds are rich in omega-3 fatty acids,magnesium and Vitamin E which are great for your skin. It helps fight wrinkles, soothe redness,hydrates your skin and adds glow.

Almond powder mask
  • 2 teaspoons of almond powder
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 teaspoon of raw milk for dry skin,yogurt for sensitive skin,rose water for oily skin.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and apply it in circular motions for 2 minutes,then leaves it for 15 minutes on the skin and then wash of with warm water.

  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup banana paste
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 4 tbsp almond oil
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and make a paste now divide your hair into different sections and apply it throughout the entire hair,cover and leave it on for 15 minutes and later rinse of with normal water and wash your hair with a mild shampoo.
